Dolph found CrossFit in 2004 while flipping through a fitness magazine and has been hooked ever since. He enjoys learning new movements and pushing himself far beyond what he thought possible. He looks forward to the challenges ahead and loves coaching athletes of all levels. Dolph enjoys any outdoor activity he can share with his wife, Patti, and four active children.
Cameron Sinclair (coach/manager)
Cameron is from New Zealand, where he dabbled in soccer, rugby, and mountain biking at school. He started cross country running in college, and has completed several half marathons. He began coaching kids rugby in 1999, and took up Australian football while working in Thailand from 2004 until he moved to New York in 2007, working initially as a sports coach and personal trainer; and also a public relations consultant, director of a summer language school, and an occasional science writer for The Economist. He discovered CrossFit in 2009 and has coached at several CrossFit gyms in New York, and trained at others in the US, Canada, and Australia. He was both a judge and competitor at the 2010 North East Regionals, and published “The Orienteering WOD” in the CrossFit journal in 2011:

Eleazar “Ric” Ricardo
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Eleazar “Ric” Ricardo found CrossFit in 2011, after his wife told him about it. He loves the fact that CrossFit gives you a great workout no matter your age and level of fitness. In fact, his wife and 9-year-old daughter are CrossFit athletes. Ric played professional baseball in the Dominican Republic. After being sidelined with a knee injury, he pursued his second dream of a career in law enforcement. “CrossFit has prepared me physically and mentally for everything in life,” he says. “The CrossFit community provides support and motivation to all athletes like no other gym. At 44, I’m in the best shape of my life.” Ric enjoys coaching people and helping them reach their goals. He loves the fact that CrossFit is the only sport where the “loudest cheers are for the last to finish.”
Taylor McPartlin

Taylor enjoys burpees and long WOD’s on the beach. He is currently preparing for a career in the military and found Crossfit was an effective way to both improve his fitness and develop the stamina required for his future goals. He loves to be involved in adventure sports and enjoys outdoor climbing, backpacking and diving.

Joe grew up playing football in Hillsborough and discovered CrossFit while studying for a degree in mathematics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He currently works for a local technology company. He enjoys the Strongman movements, and puts our logs, stones, and tires to good use. He likes sushi and loves bacon, and spends an inordinate amount of time with his dog, Murphy.
Andrew Reasoner
Dolph spotted Andrew working out in a gym Hamilton township and encouraged him to give CrossFit a try. Three years later, and several shirt sizes smaller, Andrew is a passionate and dedicated coach who works at both CrossFit Nassau, and at CrossFit Mercer. Trained as an audio engineer, he enjoys the Olympic lifts and tackling some of the more unusual CrossFit skills, such as rope climbing and building up his repertoire of tricks in the Olympic rings.
Will is a certified athletic trainer and performance enhancement specialist with Princeton University athletic department, where he works with sprint football, men’s water polo, men’s tennis, women’s swimming and diving, and softball teams. He earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in athletic training from West Virginia University, where he also spent two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer, working with the football team and also at a local rehabilitation clinic. Between his stints at West Virginia, he served a one-year internship with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Chris Slagle
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
A recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Chris is studying for a Master’s degree in accounting at Ridder University in preparation for his CPA exams. He has worked as a personal trainer and sports performance coach throughout his studies and originally came to us looking for more advanced athletes to train with. We were quick to spot his coaching talent and he has been a welcome addition to our staff and a formidable training partner. He aims to qualify for the CrossFit Regionals before 2014.

Justin enjoys pursuing new ways to scare and challenge himself. His journey has seen him train in martial arts, bouldering, trail running, and weight lifting. CrossFit was a natural progression and he began training this in his garage back when the Crossfit.com was only read by a few knuckleheads. He has years of coaching experience and until recently co-owned and coached at Crossfit Love in Philadelphia. In addition to CrossFit, he also enjoys teaching and training MovNat natural movement seminars. He has trained directly under various MovNat instructors and has assisted for several MovNat workshops.
Tommy Zonkowski
Olympic Lifting Coach
Tommy is the most recent addition to our team, and brings almost 20 years of calm experience and technical expertise in fitness training. With a broad athletic background that includes everything from mountain biking to Hammer throwing, he understand the practical application of the specialist lifts. He is certified by the highly respected Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) program, in addition to holding several national training certifications. 2 nights a week of Tommy is not enough!
