WARM UP: 100 odd object squats (10 minutes)
Use car tires, logs, sandbags, Kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, medicine ball, bumper plates, stones, sledgehammers, etc.
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING:
Bergener warm up
5×2 Snatch
6×3 High bar back squat
WOD: 3/4 “Tabata This” (20 minutes)
6 Tabata intervals (3 minutes) per station
Squats, Rowing (calories), Sit Ups, Push ups, Pull Ups.
Rest 1 minute between stations.
